United Press International CHICAGO -- Police say Cory Masek's sense of direction failed him twice in one day -- first when he drove his van into a police car, and again when he tried to escape by running into Traffic Court. Masek, 32, had been scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on four earlier traffic tickets, police said. On his way, Masek ran a red light and then rammed a patrol car during a chase that ended at his original destination.
