Winter fair plannedby theme park Great America is currently looking for artisans, craftspeople, and chorale groups to display their creative talents during the park's first annual WinterFaire, to be held November 23 through December 31, 1985. For the first time in the park's 10-year-history, Great America will open its gates to celebrate the winter holiday s e a s o n w i t h s p e c i a l entertainment, merchandise, foods and activities. During this special event, Great America will be transformed into . "Winter's Wonderland," where every tree will be beautifully trimmed with garland and tiny sparkling lights, and evergreen wreaths will hang from every door. In addition to having the opportunity to do their holiday shopping, guests will be able to watch craftspeople perform their specialized trades, listen to chorale groups fill the air with the holiday's favorite tunes, ice skate in Carousel Plaza, and many more merry things!
