Roughan-Mayer Loretta Marie Roughan, 2080 Broadway, Lakewood, daughter of Donald and Patricia Roughan, was married to John Robert Mayer, Ela Road, Inverness, son of Robert and Joan Mayer. They were married April 20,1985, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Fr. McKitrick performed the double ring ceremony. John graduated from the Universi­ ty of Illinois in mechanical engineer­ ing and was a 1979 graduate of Fremd High School in Palatine. He is employed by Lockeed Georgia Co. as an associate manufacturing engineer. Following a reception for 155 peo­ ple at Turnberry County Club, the couple honeymooned in Door Coun­ ty. They are making their home in Smyrna, GA. David Granger, U1S Pine St., Fox River Grove, son of David and Ruth Granger on May 26, 1985, at St. Anne's Church in Barrington. Father Andrew Plesa performed the ceremony. Soloist was Elizabeth Welsh. The bride, dressed in a traditional white gown with cathedral train, long sleeves and fitted waistline, was given in marriage by her father. ' Maid of honor was Pamela Foust of Westerville, Ohio. Bridesmaids were Kelly Granger of Fox River Grove, Julie Warldns of Fairfield, andBecki Feeney of El Paso, IL. The bridal attendants wore red tea-length gowns with pearl trimming. Best man was B.J. Graneer of Fox River Grove. Lisa graduated from Westerville North High School in 1981 and Milli- ldn University in 1985, with a bache­ lor's degree in English. She is now a management trainee at Household Bank in Addison, HI. David graduated from Cary-Grove High School in 1980 and from Milli- kin University in 1984 with a B.S. in marketing. He is now a telemarket­ ing sales representative at ADP in Schaumburg. , Following a reception at Septem­ ber's Restaurant, Crystal Lake, the couple took a honeymoon at Long Boat Key, Florida. They have made their home in Palatine. The grooms' attendants were Mi­ chael Hodges, Douglas Mace and LarrjKMace. The Rev. Joseph F. Kulak per­ formed the ceremony. Bridal attendants were Cynthia DuFore, Tammie Oomens, and Nan­ cy Brill. Cynthia Holloway was the maid of honor and Crystal Holloway was the flower girl.
