Now, Saint Joseph Hospital is offering a six-session seminar on how to lose weight safely and keep it off. The seminar, "A New Weigh of Life," is scheduled for 7 p.m. on six consecutive Wednesday even­ ings, beginning Sept. 9. The program will address the four basic keys to losing weight: eating well-balanced meals, reducing calories, exercising and changing bad eating habits. Tips will be included on cooking, laber reading, grocery shopping and "sticking with it."
