Turning Point, Inc. provides free, confidential, emergency services to women and their minor children 24 hours each day. The program has been in existence since 1981. It offers telephone counseling and referrals: emergency shelter through safe homes; services for men who bat­ ter; and support groups with linkage referral and evaluation at no cost to clients.
