All res- idents interested in the rest camp for Chicago's mothers and children of the tenement districts and wish to see the camp in operation are invit- ed to attend the picnic. It is being captained by Bernard Lear, well known north shore shortstop. Lear played with a college team at Collegeville, Indiana, and not only has a good class of players on his team but feels confident that they can show better playing ability than the Wilmette Orioles. The two teams will hook up in a game on Sunday, July 13, and a real battle royal is promised. The Wizards are - seeking games with teams averaging 18 to 22 years.
