Kenilworth Happenings ISS Ruth Woodward, whose engagement was recently announced, surprised her parents and friends by an- nouncing her marriage to Mr. Charles Huber Blocher on August 5, at the Episcopal Church of Charles- ton, West Virginia. Following the an- nouncement there was an impromptu reception at the residence of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving W. Wood- ward of Kenilworth. Mrs. Blocher was one of the most popular girls on the north shore and many pre-nuptial en- tertainments were being planned.
