The two long, narrow windows in each tower stand for uprightness. Since you cannot look in through these stained windows, they lend an air of mystery to the building. As you look at the entrance you realize that in order to reach the main part of the building you must go up a flight of stairs. This still further lends a mys- terious atmosphere.
