F. Edinger, the well known north shore coal dealer, "In every kind except certain sizes of anthracite there is a plentiful sup- ply of coal on hand right now," Mr. Edinger says, "and it is certain ample supply will be maintained during the cold weather. Prices are favorable and steady and we do not expect ma- terial advances." "We have as large a stock, perhaps even larger, as in any year at this season and we are still stocking up. The public, I feel safe in saying, need have no fears of a coal shortage this winter." Mr. Edinger announces that he has taken his two sons, Clarence and Ralph, into the firm, thus making the business an exclusively local enter- prise. Gradually recovering from an attack of severe illness, Mr. Edinger and his family, with the exception of the two elder sons, will leave soon to spend the winter at Miami, Florida. COMMUNITY HOUSE 8 CALENDAR Week of November 13, 1922, The Men's Club Dinner is scheduled for Thursday evening in the Gymna- sium. A good speaker is promised, and everything is set for a good din- ner and a social evening for the men of the village. The gymnasium is open for tennis on Wednesday mornings. Reserva- tions may be scheduled at the office. "Friendship Circle" gives a "Hard Times Party" in the Neighborhood Room Gym and to members on Tues- day evening. If You Would Help Pay For Vote Signs, Harken Several contributions have been re- ceived by Sanborn Hale, precinct committeeman of the sixth and seventh districts in the village, who was responsible for having the large canvas "Polling Place" signg affixed at the polls on Tuesday. Mr. Hale placed the signs in the interest of getting out a complete vote in the village, but many public spir- ited citizens have come forward to help defray the expense of the ef- fective innovation.
