Miller of Evanston, who was a mem- ber of the Board that conferred in Springfield regarding the adoption of the new Constitution, took the af- firmative, and Mr. Harold L. Ickes of Winnetka presented the negative side of the question. Mr. Perey B. Eck- hart introduced the speakers. Mrs. Floy Little Bartlett of Win- netka, who entertained the Neighbors of Kenilworth with a number of her songs, last week was guest of honor at the Chicago College club and gave her program of Historical Song Min- iatures for Children. These songs give the salient points in the lives of six of the old composers. Mrs. Stuart Bailey of Winnetka interpret- ed the songs for Mrs. Bartlett. Mrs. William J.
