Council Chamber Unfinished | The council chamber of the new Vil- | lage hall has not been entirely com- pleted, as there has been a delay in in- | stalling a special rubber floor. Because some 'members of the council will be away next Tuesday evening it is pos- sible that there will be no council meeting, but if one is held it will meet in the general offices and not in the council chamber, it is explained. Much new furniture and equipment has been purchased for the new Village hall, and such old furniture as is used has been refinished to conform with the color scheme in the new building. Larger and more comfortable quarters have been provided for all departments and a much better arrangement of of- fices has been made, it is said. Mrs. William M.
