Group Hears Dr. Harold Rugg The annual mid-year meeting of the Parent Teacher association of the North Shore Country Day school was held at the school gymnasium, Wed- nesday evening, at which time the asso- ciation had as its guest and speaker, Dr. Harold O. Rugg, of the Teachers' | college, of Columbia university and also of the Lincoln school of New York City. Dr. Rugg spoke on the subject of "In- telligence Tests," giving a history of the development of the tests in Amer- ica, discussed the types of questions employed and indicated the position of the various wings of opinion concerning their usefulness.
