Northrup, the venerable Police Magistrate of Winnetka, who reached the eightieth milestone 1n life's journey, Friday of last week, is still receiving congratulations from his friends ahout the village. On the anniversary of his birth, the Judge and Mrs. Northrup, with Dr. and Mrs. B. E. Fillis of 1138 Tower road as their guests, enjoyed a birth- day dinner in Chicago. Mrs. H. L.
