Stults Realty company foports the following sales and rent- als: Robert Phalen of Golf, Ill, has rent- ed his home at 1807 Asbury avenue, Evanston, to Mr. and Mrs. John J. Hayes. 'H. H. Muir of Atlanta, Ga. has rented his home at 2407 Thayer street, to Earl B. Tilton, vice-president of The Bank of America, of Chicago. R. E. Foster represented all parties in both transactions. Edward N. Thompson, has pur- chased the seven room stucco resi- dence at 2526 Isabella street, Evans- ton, from Martin J. Gallagher. Mrs. N. Curtis of Wilmette, has purchased the two-story six-room brick dwelling at 2642 Lawndale ave- nue, from the Reichenbach Brothers. Herman T. Reeves, has purchased the two story seven room brick resi- dence located at 2618 Lincolnwood drive, from the State Bank and Trust Company of Evanston, and will take immediate possession. Andrew M. Neilson has purchased the vacant property on Central Park North Shore Board Notes The April meeting of the North Shore Real Estate board turned out to be the board's largest. Thirty-six were present out of seventy members. There were nineteen firms out of thirty-seven represented. The definition of affiliated members was changed to read as follows: Affili- ated Members: Affiliated Members shall be any persons interested in the objects of the Board who are not licensed as brokers or salesmen by the State of Illinois and who are net actively engaged in the real estate brokerage business. Discussion of Bankers' day and Builders' day took place and it was decided to have Builders' day on May 24 and a committee composed of A. R. Tighe, chairman, M. L. Olson, J. B. Reichenbach Brothers have pur- chased the vacant property located on Park place, just east of Bennett ave- nue, from Jesse Stryker, and will im- mediately erect a brick home. John W. Beutas of the Beutas Con- struction company of Chicago, has purchased the southeast corner of Sixth street and Maple ave- nue, Wilmette, from Dr. Daniel E. Murphy of Chicago. Mr. Beutas will improve the property with a home. Irving Rudolph of Evanston has purchased the two apartment build- ing located at 2775 Prairie avenue, from George F. Gonsalves of Winnetka, and will take possession of the first apartment immediately. E. West of The Dartnell Cor- poration of Chicago, has purchased the two story six room brick residence located at 1624 Chancellor street, from August Stenholm. F. C. Betts, Man- ager of Evanston office, represented all parties concerned.
