Set New Record for Week Shipments of crude rubber, vised for invoice to this country by American consular officers abroad, reached a new high level during the week ended No- vember 4, the rubber division of the Department of Commerce announced today. A total of 17,129 long tons com- prised the shipments from the prin- cipal rubber sources, being the larg- est single week's total on record, it is believed.
