- This is a full length dress with a short capped sleeve that ends in long black fringe that would extend to the wrist or beyond. There is long fringe along the top of the neckline and around the back of the dress, the fringed section of the dress looks like a cape that could be removed.
An ornate beaded broach that looks like a clasp is at the center front the neckline, along with several small cloth covered buttons.
