- John "Jock" MacMorran Anderson (right, with back to camera) holds a brief service before the ship touches down.
- Notes
- "Padre Jock" served as chaplain to the Highland Light Infantry of Canada. Landed at Normandy on D-Day, June 6, 1944. Received two Military Crosses for courage and initiative in evacuating casualites under heavy enemy fire. Jock and his wife moved to Oakville in 1963.
