Certificate of Honour awarded to Paul Edgar Parkin by the citizens of Hamilton, Ontario for service in the Second World War.

Certificates were issued to Hamilton military personnel by the city of Hamilton in April 1940. The certificates, signed by Mayor William Robert Morrison, were also issued as pocket-sized replicas to be carried by the soldiers. The replicas were designed to act as identification as well as serving as a binding link with the home city of Hamilton.
