- This photo and article appeared in the North Shore Sentinel on April 18, 2007 and describes the receipt of a $350,000 cheque to fund the move of the Cordukes round barn, and the relocation of the Carlyle homestead to the Iron Bridge Museum site.
The photo shows then House Speaker M.P.P. Mike Brown, Reeve Ted Linley and Clerk-Treasurer Debbie Tonelli (great granddaughter of Thomas Cordukes) with the cheque.
