Description

This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. It gives a view of the entrance to Westover Park. This entrance was once located on Westover Avenue. Westover Park entrance is now off of Thomas Street, with access across from Westover Street. The photo was taken circa 1900. The postcard was sent in 1915. Note the grand gate and the stone steps leading up to the park.

Condition: Excellent - Image is clear. Edges are slightly worn.
