This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. A photograph of a parade taking place on Water Street heading south. The photo is of the west side of the street only. The parade is passing in front of the Opera House. Two men are carrying a banner which is not fully visible in the photo. The part of the banner that can be seen reads "Everybodys Don." Following behind the banner are men in suits; some appear to be carrying instruments.
