Description

An article written by local columnist Dorothy Eedy titled "This cookbook combines healthy eating and good taste". This week, Eedy writes about the cookbook called "Chef on the Run" written by Diane Clement and Clement's new title "Chef and Doctor on the Run" written by she and her husband Dr. Doug Clement. Both were former track and field Olympians and Doug Clement worked as a sports physician for the Canadian Olympic team in 1984 along with holding a position as associate professor at UBC. Eedy includes two recipes from the cookbook in her article.

Recipes included in the article: "Light Mayonnaise" and "Cabbage Rolls".
