This is a photograph of a man riding in a motor boat on the Thames River just below the Victoria Bridge. In the background you can see an old gas station that was located just west of the Victoria Bridge. The building is now Graham Energy (2018).

"40%" is written in the top right corner, but the meaning of this inscription is unknown.
