Description
This is a photograph of the dam on a windy day. The wind has caused spray to come off of the dam.

This dam, which is the same as our present dam, was constructed from stone and concrete in a six-week period in 1908 by the George Carter Company. The dam created a mill pond so large it created a small lake, which is now called rice lake.
