- This is a photograph of Mary Ethel Hodge, daughter of John Wesley Hodge and Margaret F.G. (Anderson) Hodge. Mary appears to be caught off guard by the camera walking by in her wedding dress holding the bouquet. According to the wedding invitation, Mary was wedded to James Earl Stephen on Saturday, January 7th, 1939 at 12:30pm at Hodge's home in Kirkton, Ontario. James was 30 years old and Mary was 23 years old at the time they were married. Their wedding was witnessed by Robert Alexander Stephen and Edna Margaret Arthur.

- Condition: Worn with some creasing in the corners. Some dark stains/smudges throughout, with some tearing at the edges.
