Description

This picture depicts King Langford holding a female ice skating partner (presumably Bea Martin) in a lift just inches off the ice. The female skater is not touching the ice and her partner (Langford) is holding her up by her hands with one of her legs under his arm while she hangs upside down with her free leg extended (holding it parallel to the ice). Both are in comfortable clothes for practice, while a small group of skaters are barely visible in the background (top right corner) watching the pair.

Notes

Condition: Wrinkled throughout and curling at the ends. There are some white marks throughout (from dust on the camera when the photo was taken). The corners are starting to peel and are creased. Small brown water stain on right bottom corner.
Back: brown water stain on left bottom corner and at top middle. Ends curling and corners peeling/creased. A few brown/grey dirt marks throughout. Stamp is fading
