- - clear bottle; 4 piece mold; square body with rounded corners tapering into cylindrical neck; lip inside mouth for cap; vertical embossed ridges on collar
- embossed on bottom "D" in diamond; also "3" and 4-square design
- silk screened in red on side: "Kent Dairy / LIMITED"; in banner, "MAPLE CITY BRAND / DAIRY PRODUCTS"
-Kent Dairy was established in 1934 at 17 Dover Street. It was managed continuously by Lyle Chapple until the late 1950s.
