- This is a group photo of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) soldiers. William Walter is in the back row, second from left. All of the men are dressed up in their uniforms, complete with hats.
William Alexander Walter, a member of the Canadian Military, was Isabelle's first fiancé, but was missing and presumed dead at Dieppe on August 19th, 1942.
