A black and white photograph of the interior of St. James Anglican Church in St. Marys.

The pews are arranged in rows on either side of the church, leaving room for a wide aisle down the middle. Dome-shaped stained glass windows can be seen on both walls leading up to the front with possible greenery on their window ledges. Two flags stand on either side of the room near the front of the church. Two lights hang from the ceiling on opposite sides, also near the front.

The Sanctuary is at the front of the church, where there are additional pews, the pulpit, altar, a sign, and the organ. There are many other aspects to this area as well.

Three dome-shaped stained glass windows are behind the Sanctuary, with this part of the celling becoming more slanted and making a point at the top. Meanwhile, the ceiling for the area above the pews is much taller and has wooden support beams for the roof above. They arch across the celling and have a decorative design.
