A black and white photograph of the interior of St. James Anglican Church in St. Marys.

The pews are arranged in rows on either side of the church, leaving room for a wide aisle down the middle. Two flags stand on either side of the room near the front of the church. The Sanctuary is at the front of the church, where there are additional pews, the pulpit, altar, a sign, and the organ. There are many other aspects to this area as well. Three dome-shaped stained glass windows are behind the Sanctuary, with this part of the celling becoming more slanted and making a point at the top. Meanwhile, the ceiling for the area above the pews is much taller and has wooden support beams for the roof above. One of these beams can be seen arching across the celling.
