- Albert, Reuben and Samuel Shier are brothers; Edward is a cousin and Fred Johnston a brother-in-law of Albert and Reuben Hanna and Harvey Vickers, brothers-in-law
- Harvey Vickers is grandfather of world-famous tenor singer, Jon Vickers
- Captain Paisey fought in the Crimean War (was always called Captain) - Notes
- Condition: Fair. Purple tones and losing some contrast. Appears to have gotten wet at some point. Dirt and stains visible.
