Carte de visite of the Reverend Dr. John Waters, who was the Minister of the Knox Presbyterian Church in St. Marys at one point.

He is pictured here posed as though we have just caught him while he's been reading. He has long sideburns that just go slightly under his chin to form a bit of a beard.

The Ewing and Co. photo studio existed in Toronto between 1870 and 1874, which would place this photo somewhere in that time.

Condition: Very good. A little dirty, but in great condition for the age.
