Description

Photo of an old sale poster for A. Beattie & Co. that was found during renovations of 163 Queen Street East (where Sutton Group First Coice Realty Ltd. Brokerage is located currently).

The photo was taken by the editor of the Journal Argus at the time in March, 1989.

The posters were glued to the plaster on the west wall of the shop and would have been readable from Queen Street through the window.

The posters are still there, but a new stud wall has been built over them.

Notes

Condition: Good condition - very yellow though.
