A car can be seen trying to drive through the water at Water and Queen Street intersection.

Businesses visible: at left (south side of Queen) the sign for the Canadian National Telegraph and Cable Office; on the right (north side of Queen) the Royal Edward Hotel, LA Ball, Shoe repair shop, and Thames Valley bakery.
