Description
The "Palladium" has articles regarding the ensuing War of 1812 and reports of the need to consult the citizens of Boston. As well, there is a report that the businesses of Boston do not want the war to occur along with a petition to the government to support peace.

The Sun newspaper is included with this accession number and it is a New York paper from 1833 that includes local news such as Police office accounts, Port of New York news and Auction sales. Unfortunately, there are no articles discussing the War of 1812.
