Description
Under this Accession number there is a collection of newspapers from the United States (US) from the years 1812 to 1886, some of which contain articles related to the War of 1812. The following is a brief description of the articles of interest.

The "Buffalo Gazette" of September, 1815 includes correspondence and treaties with the Seneca Nations and international news including a report on the capture of Napoleon and a speech from the Prince Regent in Britain on the usurpation of France.
