Fourth Meeting Town Hall, York, May 22nd, 1916. The Seneca Council met on the above date pursuant to adjournment. The Reeve in the chair. Members all present. The Clerk read the minutes of the last meeting and they were adopted as read. Also read some communications and presented a number of accounts, when it was moved by Mr. Hudspeth, seconded by Mr. Lee, that the following accounts be paid, and that the Reeve be and is hereby authorized to issue his cheques for same: Wm. Seueca....................................25 00 Moved by Mr. Lee, seconded by Mr. Hudspeth, That this Council appoint Richard Cox to run the road grader west of the Stoney Creek road, and Emmit Singer east of the Stoney Creek road at two dollars a day. Carried. Moved by Mr. Hudspeth, seconded by Mr. Bradshaw, That Henry Wolfe be appointed pathmaster for R. D. 57 in place of M. Cassidy, he having left the Township. Carried. Moved by Mr. Hudspeth, seconded by Mr. Lee, That the Reeve, Martindale and Bradshaw be appointed a committee to look into the matter of the bridge in front of Mr. Wm. Bird's place. Carried. Moved by Mr. Bradshaw, seconded by Mr. Martindale, That this Council do now form itself into a Court of Revision with Mr. Hudspeth in the chair. Carried. Moved by Mr. Simenton, seconded by Mr. Lee, That the following changes be made in the assessment roll for 1916 :â€" Milo E. Rose, in place of Cecil Patterson, on Lot 1, W. S. C. R. Harry Gould as part owner of Lot 3, W. S. C. R. F. Wood to be added as tenant for Section house at Cook Station. Dog addedâ€"T. J. Hannah, B. Bond. Dog struck offâ€"R. J. Warring, Charles Dobbin, W. J. Patterson, David Sutor, W. H. Bradshaw, Henry Cowie. And that Everett Topp be assessed for part of Lot 7, E. S, C. R., in place of Wm. Bird, jr., and that the assessment roll as finally revised be adopted and that the Court of Revision do now adjourn and the Council resume business. Moved by Mr. Hudspeth, seconded by Mr. Bradshaw, That the sum of two hundred dollars a month be granted to the Patriotic Fund beginning June 1st, to be delivered through the County Patriotic Fund.
