Greetings, My grand father came from Wisconsin at the age of 21 and took part in the building of the mill at Nestorville around 1906 or 07.His Father in law (Barney McBride) and his brother in law (Charles W. Smith)took part in the building also.He had worked in Thessalon and for J. J. McFadden in Spragge.He built numerous sawmills in northern Ontario until his death in 1950. His name was Guy Campbell.His nephew Charles Edwin(Ted) Smith was a well known manager of the Mcfadden Lumber Co. in Blind River.
