- This appears to be a copy of a black and white photograph purportedly of a mill located on the shore east of Thessalon.
A mill can be seen in the centre of the photo, with smoke rising from one of the buildings. There are stacks of what could be lumber laid out to the left and right of this building complex.
A large sheet of ice is visible in the foreground while a smaller area, possibly a log boom, is located closer to shore. A long projection, perhaps a dock, juts out into the water from the middle of the building complex on shore. - Notes
- This unmarked and undated photo was located in miscellaneous municipal files and permission was granted to scan this photo to add to our local collection.
