- This is a black and white photo of the west side of Main Street showing the debris and rubble left in wake of the Crest Hardware fire that sent two local men to the hospital.
- Notes
- The two men who were hurt while trying to assist with the fire were Doug Davies and Roger Coventry. Davues was a citizen who was caught beneath a collapsing wall after the second explosion. Roger Coventry was a volunteer fireman who was also caught with part of the wall when it came down.
