ADMISSION TO MEETINGS Y our badge is your admittance to any meeting being held on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday, except for sessions where a ticket is required. You are not confined to the conference in which you are registered. Please wear your badge at all times. Admittance to the Exposition Hall is by Badge only. For Fire and Safety reasons, admission will be denied to meetings when facility is full. R ooms have been assigned based on the patterns discerned fro m sessions chosen by delegates in the registration process. Not evetyone provides session selection information and the pattern may change, causing some sessions to fill up unexpectedly. Delegates are requested to make an alternative choice from the approximately 24 choices being offered at anygiven time. Sessions that have limited registration (eg. # 407, etc.) will have volunteers posted who are instructed to close the doors when the maximum number have arrived. Certain sessions have been cancelled based on pre-registration statistics. We apologize for the inconvenience. BADGES, TICKETS AND RECEIPTS Y our receipt is part of the sheet that contains your badge. Do not lose or destroy your badge if you require a receipt. Y our receipt lists all events for which you have paid. Y ou should have a ticket for each item listed. Please spend your non-workshop tin1e in the exhibit. There are two food concessions and over 250 booths to explore while enhancing your conference experience. MEETING CHANGES Although eve1 yattempt is made to avoid changes in meeting rooms and sessions, some alterations may be necessaty in such a large program. Watch the Super News for details.
