The Minister's Awards will be given by Assistant Deputy Minister Lucille Rock. The government's Awards, which are normally announced during Public Library Week, came out last week. The Minister's personal award is being shared by Oxford County and Toronto Public Library. The Toronto project is also being honoured with OLA's Les Fowlie Intellectual Freedom Award at Thursday's plenary session with Mark Kingwell.
