MEETING ROOM LIMrTAOONS The sizes of workshop session rooms have been chosen based on attendance indicators provided by delegates in pre-registration. Since delegates are not obligated to attend the sessions they indicate and since many do not fill out this section of the registration form, some rooms may unexpectedly prove inadequate to the demand. Convenors are obliged to close sessions that exceed capacity. Delegates unable to get into a session should choose from the twenty-five other sessions available in most lime slots. LOST AND FOUND If you should leave anything in a meeting room or in any of the public spaces, your lost article will probably end up with Convention Centre Security.
