Meeting Room Size Session rooms are pre-assigned using the choices provided by delegates in the registration process. Since delegates are not obligated to attend the sessions selected, and since many do not fill in this information, a few rooms may prove inadequate for the demand. For comfort and safety, convenors are asked to close sessions that reach capacity. Those who are turned away have between 20 and 30 other sessions in the same time slot to choose from.
