Annual Survey of Public Libraries The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport maintains and publishes statistics on public libraries in Ontario using data from the Annual Survey of Public Libraries (ASPL). These statistics cover holdings, library use and many other subjects. The Annual Survey of Public Library Statistics is now open for the 2014 annual survey submission. Deadline is October 31.
