The OLA Mentoring Program strives to link working library staff (mentors) with students, new graduates and other library staff (mentees) interested in a career in libraries and related fields. MentorMatch is an online tool developed in partnership with Southern Ontario Library Service (SOLS) that links mentors with mentees and supports growth and development through knowledge and experience sharing.
