What is a project with provincial impact? Projects with provincial impact are those that reach a minimum of three catchments, or two if one catchment is in the North (that includes the Northwestern - Algoma, Cochrane, Manitoulin, Sudbury - Muskoka, Nipissing, Parry Sound, Timiskaming catchments).
