Notice of the Ontario Library Association Annual General Meeting The OLA AGM will be held during the OLA Super Conference, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Thursday January 30, 2020, 1:00 - 2:00 pm. Those unable to attend in person will have the opportunity to join electronically. Registration will be provided in advance. Call for resolutions: OLA By-Law 1 stipulates notice to members of resolutions as follows; Notice of any by-law amendments: 30 days Notice of other resolutions: 7 days The OLA resolutions committee requires time to meet with the mover and seconder if necessary and requires resolutions to be submitted by the following deadlines: Amendments to OLA By-Laws: by December 1 Other resolutions: by December 20 Note: An amendment to By-Law 2 (OSLA by-law) was deferred from the last AGM and the notice of this resolution will be provided to members by the end of November.
