For example, the branch’s lobby features a self- serve electronic machine that allows clients to obtain account balances for deposit, and VISA accounts, and to update their own passbooks. Staffed by Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), these highâ€"tech work stations feature electronic cash dispensing units to help speed up service. The super wickets, also, ensure the CSRs seldom have to walk away from their customers to complete a transaction, and make for speedier service â€" usually less than three minutes. The Cornwall and Maplegroye branch is open Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am. to 4:30 p.m.,'Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 am. to 3:00 further inside the branch who is available to answer questions and direct clients to the bank officer who can best meet their individual needs.
