INTERCOASTAL PIPE LINE: THE MILLGROVE TO MILTON SEGMENT Interprovincial Pipe Line System Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta and ANR Pipeline Company of Detroit, Michigan (ANR) have jointly undertaken to develop a new international natural gas transportation system in Ontario and Michigan, to be known as the InterCoastal Pipe Line project. Interprovincial Pipe Line Inc. (IPL) has revised its planned alignment of the eastern segment of the InterCoastal Pipe Line, and now proposes to construct a new 508 mm (20 in.) pipeline east from Millgrove Junction (north of Waterdown) to connect to The Consumers‘ Gas Mississauga Southern Link pipeline near Milton (see map below}). Two alternate routes (Route ‘A‘ and Route ‘B‘) have been identified. Route ‘B‘ has been identified as the preliminary preferred route, subject to public and government agency review. In addition, the Millgrove to Milton segment of the InterCoastal Pipe Line includes a metering facility at Milton. The metering facility will require a land base of 30 m by 30 m. Three alternate sites for this facility have been identified (see map). in late June, 1993, IPL plans to submit an addendum to its NEB application for approval to construct and operate the InterCoastal Pipe Line. This addendum will address the environmental and public consultation aspects of the new Miligrove to Milton segment of the InterCoastal Pipe Line. To introduce the Millgrove to Milton segment to the public, IPL and its consultants, Ecological Services for Planning Ltd. and Haussmann Consulting, will be conducting an Information Open House as follows: Thursday June 3, 1993, 3 â€" 9 p.m. Boyne Community Centre Britannia Rd., just east of Highway 25 Milton, Ontario IPL encourages all interested citizens to attend this Open House where informed staff will be available to respond to questions, and visitors will have an opportunity to complete questionnaires soliciting their views on the project. Then on Monday afternoon, the White Sox built a 6â€"0 lead after five innings against Erindale Cardinals at Oakville Parkâ€"only to see the visitors rally for 11 runs in the sixth inning and go on to an 18â€"7 decision. "We should be 4â€"1 or 5â€"0," field boss Rob Fisher said. "...1 still say we have a good team â€" a lot better than last year‘s." Offensively, the load is being carried by the top five and six hitters in the lineup but Fisher would like to get more production out of Scott Antoniak, Drew Spencer and Shawn Davis. Monday, starting pitcher Blair Stewart went the first fiveâ€"andâ€"oneâ€"third innings, allowing three runs on six hits. But then the roof caved in when Fisher himself went in to pitch. Over the next two innings, he permitted 11 runs on nine hits, including grandâ€"slam and solo homers, and two walks. Roy Skinner couldn‘t stop the bleeding in the ninth, surrendering seven more runs on five hits and two base on balls. Ken Fee was the hardâ€"luck loser Friday in relief of starter Steve Nero. Fee allowed six runs in the seventh inning â€" all unearnedâ€"in twoâ€"andâ€"oneâ€" third innings on two hits and one walk. The White Sox committed four bobbles in the inning â€" three by Everts at third base. In faimmess, he was shifted to an unfamiliar position (He‘s normally the right fielder). But when catcher Spencer injured his hand, Fisher had no choice but to move Pogue, the starting third baseman, behind the plate. Both Doug Anderson and Pat Noonan, who also catch, were away for the weekend. The two losses left the White Sox with a 3â€"4 record in the Central Ontario Baseball Association. Ken Collett was 3â€"forâ€"5 with a solo dinger and three RBIs. Brenner Everts, Spencer and Derek Pogue had two hits each. hits and four walks. + 18 Holes + Fully watered fairways +« Golf pull carts > Club rentals/storage + Lit driving range (‘til the bar closes) â€" Fully licensed bar + Dining and banquet facilities for 300 + Facilities for Business Meetings +« Full patio +« Seniors weekday discount â€" Mlgm rates + Pro Shop â€"« Now taking â€"â€"-â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"â€"-â€"_n_â€"â€"â€"- BANTYQROOSY | smumsaoost [ smms roos JU 1 H OF OFF. 1 OFF, Nero went the first four innings, surrendering two earned runs on five $1600 Per Team or $120 Per Individual 8th SUCCESSFUL SEASON \ OVER 2,700 PLAYERS THIS YEAR ALL GAMES AT RIVER OAKS ARENA ALL GAMES ‘STOPâ€"TIME ALL SKILL LEVELS AVAILABLE INCLUDES ENTRY INTO OUR TORONTO CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT Includes free sweater space.‘ Séniors will redeitd Spacetrek log sheets to keep track of the time spent bowling.
